"Uzselkhozmash-holding" Holding Company

Holding Company "Uzselkhozmash-holding " was created in 1996 by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 31 January 1996 № 45). The company is formed in the form of open joint-stock company to property of which control share holdings of Uzbekistan’s large enterprises of agricultural machinery are transferred.
The purposes of creation of the company were providing of the republic's agriculture with modern technical equipment and means of mechanization, formation of structure of the agricultural mechanical engineering management, meeting market conditions, and also stable and effective work of the enterprises of the branch and increase of competitiveness of the production produced by them.
