| Description | Machines have EN 12390-4, BS 1881:115, ASTM C-39 standarts.
General Properties:
1) Full automatic digital controlled with computer accessibility at the same time. Breaks the sample with the set pace rate via the digital unit or the test software and returns to start position automatically. The pace rate can be set between 0.5- 25kN/min with an accuracy of +/-5%.
2) Testers are manufactured in the range of 300 kN - 5000 kN capacities. The standard models are of 1150
KN,2000 kN and 3000 kN capacity.
3) Suitable for testing 50mm,100mm,150mm and 200mm cube samples as well as cylinder samples with 75-160mm diameter and 150-320mm height.
4) All models have a rapid approach pump unit that enables the piston to rise at a rate of 100-150 mm/min

5) Pressure safety valve, piston limit switch, removable front and rear gates are standard in all models.
6) Upper compression platens have ball seating assembly for movement in all models. All compression platens have a surface hardness of 55 HRC.

8) Pressure transducer with a sensitivity of % 0.3 is used for load measurements.
9) All models operate with 220-240 VAC,50 60 Hz,1 phase mains power.

Test appropriate for concrete mixers of low and very low workability.
This is a mechanized variation of the slump test and includes a workability of concrete determination based on the principle of subjecting the concrete to vibration after removal of the slump cone. It is mounted on a small vibrating table that operates at fixed amplitude and frequency. The completion time of the required vibration gives an indication of the concrete workability. The consistometer requires an electrical supply of 50 hz to comply with the tests specified. Comprises of a vibrating table, container, slump cone, graduated rod and transparent plate, tamping rod, timer and small square shovel.
